With a Master’s degree in Hotel Management and Culinary Arts, Wajid combines tradition with modern flair. He is now bringing the New Paradise experience to Melbourne, with a new restaurant in Moonee Ponds, delivering traditional Indian recipes and a truly memorable dining experience.
